With most of our clients we have a direct service contract outlining the exact services that we deliver, how we deliver, when we deliver and at what price.

As a service provider
As a service provider for leadership academies ( for example Akademie Deutscher Genossenschaften e.V.) and consulting companies we act as a sub-contractor who delivers the services on behalf of the academy/consulting firm.

Our Network
We are a member of the GLG (Gerson Lehrman Group, Inc.) network . GLG is a financial and global information services consulting company headquartered in New York City. The company provides financial information and advises investors and consultants with business clients seeking expert advice. We act as the expert on their behalf.

Government Subsidies
Whenever relevant to our clients we apply for government driven programme accreditation in order to help our clients benefit from support that they may require. We are for instance an approved service provider for Skills Plang in Luxembourg.

Delegation
In the event that our clients are requesting Services that we don’t offer at BTF, we delegate those services to our partner firms in order to deliver a one-stop-shop experience to our clients. BTF remains your point of contact and our partners deliver the required services as our service provider (payroll, legal services, recruitment, relocation …)

Contracting
Short-term Interim Management assignments at C-suite can be established either directly with a BTF contract or via the Bridge imp network (headquartered in Munich). Michael Schmirler is a Bridge imp approved Interim Manager for HR mandates.
